DMR Environmental Reviews of North Haven coastal development applications to DEP and BPL. 2011-2012
Maine DEP and Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands require DMR's Environmental Coordinator Brian Swan to tell them if coastal development applications they are reviewing would have an impact on Penobscot Bay's coastal environment, on the living marine resources or fishermen of the bay or on shoreline landowners. How severe such impacts would be, and what ought to be done.
